Interior Formatting

Melinda sent an example of what the interior of my book will look like. She sent along a video describing the options in terms of margins and fonts, headers, chapter headings, how the first line of each chapter might look, whether the chapters should always start on the right page, among other things. She lines up pages so that they are balanced and ensures that important text stays together where possible.
