Creating an Online Presence

Enjoying the process of writing is important but if you want to share it with the world, you will have to prepare for that. You may need to step back from writing for a while in order to create an online platform on which you can show your work.

I found this process incredibly overwhelming and emotionally exhausting. There is SO much information out there that I bounced back and forth between many elements of the process like a pinball in an arcade game. However, I was determined to get it done, so I spent a few hours on this every day, to ensure my online presence didn’t get swept under the rug again.

You will need to keep working at it until that pinball becomes more like Sir Isaac Newton’s pendulum and you create a repetitive, steady rhythm to your online presence.
