Finding My Centre to Write
Amid daily life, taking a moment of calm can make all the difference. I start with three deliberate breaths. Inhale for four, hold for two and exhale for six. As I breathe, my mind quiets and the stress fades away. The world fades into the background, and I’m ready to focus on the blank page. With each breath, I let go of distractions and center myself in the present. This peaceful state helps my creativity flow.
