The Hardest Part of Writing a Book

The hardest part of writing a book is believing you can. Next is telling people you are writing a book. And the third, you guessed it, is worrying about whether people will finish it, let alone like it.

The only way to prove to yourself that you can is to do it. Just keep showing up, and the words will flow.

Tell people when you are ready and have shown yourself that you can and will do it.

I am so thankful that people can finish my book, and based on the feedback I am getting, they are enjoying it as well. I've always said if you are proud of your writing, that's good enough. Others will enjoy it too.
